Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through iyzimock, operated by 211 Digital LLC. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Profile page. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time in a period that has already started.
2. Refund eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. As a courtesy, we may grant refunds in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges: always refunded in full upon verification.
- Technical issues that prevented use: if you experienced a documented technical issue caused by us that prevented you from using the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we did not resolve the issue in a reasonable time.
- EU/UK statutory withdrawal: consumers in the EU/UK may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, except where the digital service has already been performed at your express request and you acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right (which occurs when you use the Service after subscribing).
3. Cases we generally do not refund
- Subscription periods that have already been used.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date (please cancel in advance from the Profile page).
- Dissatisfaction not related to a technical defect (please contact us first — we are usually able to help).
- Charges where the account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@perduslabs.com from the email address on your account and include the date of the charge, your Stripe receipt or invoice number, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Accounts that issue chargebacks without first contacting us may be suspended.
