Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how 211 Digital LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of iyzimock (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you access or use the Service. By using iyzimock you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address (and OAuth identifiers such as Google account ID) when you create or sign in to an account.
- Billing information: processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a customer reference, subscription status, last four digits of the card and country. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer, error reports and aggregated event data used to keep the Service reliable and to detect abuse.
- Content you create: mockups are generated in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that requires server-side processing.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, security incidents or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process personal data on the bases of (a) performance of a contract, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent where required, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with sub-processors that help us run the Service, including Stripe, Inc. (payments), Supabase, Inc. (authentication and database hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, DNS and bot protection), and Google LLC (OAuth sign-in). We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. Logs are typically retained for up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@perduslabs.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, row-level security on the database, scoped access tokens). No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
